By blending glass and ceramics, high conductor materials such as Cu and Ag can be used as wiring at low temperatures of below 900 °C, which was not possible with conventional ceramic multilayer substrates, and can be co-fired at the same time. Since the substrate is ceramic, it has excellent high frequency characteristics and heat resistance.
